NASA Social event for the Mars Curiosity rover landing starts tomorrow! I'll head to the Jet Propulsion Lab (JPL) bright and early clad in my rover t-shirt, phones and Kindle charged and ready to go. Looking forward to an amazing three days!
If you happen to be in Times Square late on Sunday night, the Toshiba Vision screen, aka the big ass TV right below the New Year's Eve ball, will broadcast NASA TV coverage from 11:30pm EDT to approximately 4am. More info about the broadcast can be found here.
To whet your appetite for what's in store, here's an infographic from NASA JPL that breaks down the entry, descent and landing.
I love watching exhibition when it comes to art and designing see their brains working as well.
