Ok, let's be honest...when the package says "all day sun protection", you don't really believe it, do you? Sunscreen has to be reapplied throughout the day in order to remain effective, especially if you sweat or swim. But the way sunscreen is marketed, it often seems like all you have to do is apply a dab in the a.m. with a high SPF, and you're good to go.
